Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of BetterWalk, provided by Lina Studio Yazilim Reklam Teknolojileri Arastirma Gelistirme ve Pazarlama Ticaret A.S. (NativeMinds), İçerenköy Mah. Topçu İbrahim Sk. Quick Tower Sit. No:8-10D, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye . By using the App you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required in your country).
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App. For iOS, the Apple Standard EULA (link) also applies; Apple is not responsible for the App and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
3. Subscriptions (BetterWalk Premium)
- Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions — BetterWalk Premium Monthly (USD 9.99/month) and Premium Yearly (USD 39.99/year); local prices may differ by store and country. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
- Free trial: the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription. Any unused trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at trial end).
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Statutory consumer rights (e.g. EU/Turkish withdrawal rights where applicable) are not affected.
4. Friend challenges & conduct
Choose a respectful display name. Don't impersonate others, cheat, misuse or reverse-engineer the App. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Health platforms
Health data integration depends on Apple HealthKit / Health Connect and device sensors, which may be inaccurate.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from activities you undertake. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings › Account › Delete account).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction — mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
